- HENRY C. MILLER
The death occurred suddenly yesterday in the Galt hospital of Henry Conrad Miller, 1116 Bleiler street, in his 51st year. The late Mr. Miller suffered a stroke on Queen street and was rushed to the hospital where he passed away shortly after being admitted death occurring about 12 45 p.m.
Born in Clyde, the late Mr. Miller had been a resident of Preston for the past 40 years and in recent years had been conducting a retall cheese business here.
He was a member of the I.O. O.F. and also of the Preston Silver band a number of years ago. A talented clarinet player the late Mr. Miller was a member of the Galt Highland Light Infantry band. He was a member of the St. Peter's Lutheran church.
Survivors are his widow, Madge Miller, two daughters, Laura and Margaret, both at home; three sisters, Mrs. K. A Hoessel, Milwau- kee, Mrs. George Ellison, Toronto, Mrs. Cecil De Guelle, Windsor; and one brother, Joseph, of Windsor.
The funeral will be held from the H. K. Stager Funeral Home at 308 Dover street at 2.30 p.m. tomorrow (Sunday) afternoon, under I.O.O.F. auspices. Rev. W H. Knauff, pastor of St Peter's church will officiate. Tho mains will rest at the funeral home until that time. Internment will be in Preston cemetery.

Many friends and acquaintances yesterday paid final tribute to the late Henry Conrad Miller of Preston, who passed away on Friday noon following a stroke suffered while conducting his business. The deceased, who has resided here for the past 40 years, was well known and respected, and was attested by the many floral tributes and the large number who joined the funeral cortege. The late Mr. Miller was a member of the I. O. O. F., which lodge yesterday paid their respects to their deceased brother, while he was a member
of the Preston Silver band and the Galt Highland Light Infantry.
Services were conducted at Stager's funeral home by Rev. W H. Knauff, pastor of St. Peter's Lutheran church, of which the deceased was a member. Rev. W. H. Knauff also officiated at the cemetery, while the I.O.O F services were conducted by Harry Brethauer, noble grand, and Ervin Eaton, chaplain. Interment was made in the Preston cemetery.
The pallbearers were H. Runstedler, N. O. Hipel, M.LA, E, G. Helse, W. Bechthold. Harry Holland and H. G. Marshall.
