  MAHN, Robert John (Bob) --Unexpectedly, at St. Mary's Hospital, on Saturday, Aug. 7, 1993, following a lengthy illness. Bob Mahn, of Kitchener, age 76 years. Bob was a long time employee of Newtex Cleaners before retirement. He was a lifelong musician and was active in the local music scene. He was also a longtime member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church. Beloved husband of Marie (nee Hofstetter), loving father of Beverley and her husband Bob Fisher of Waterloo, Janice Psutka and friend Jim McIntyre, Kathy and her husband Kevin Thomson, Bob Jr. and his wife Elli, Tom and friend Sue Brown and Tim Mahn, all of Kitchener. Sadly missed by 10 grandchildren. Brother-in-law of Elaine Mahn and Millie Mahn, both of Kitchener. Predeceased by his parents, Jack and Edna; his daughter Mary Anne; two brothers, Jack and Ken and a grandson, Jason Thomson. Friends and relatives may call at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 137 Queen St. S., Kitchener, on Tuesday from 12:30 until time of funeral and committal services at 2 p.m., with Rev. Allan Scharlach officiating. Private interment at Woodland Cemetery. Reception to follow in the church hall. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Arthritis Society or the building fund of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, would be gratefully acknowledged. Donations may be placed by contacting the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener, 745-9495. There will be no visitation at the funeral home prior to the funeral service.
