- MRS. BARBARA AMENT
Mrs. Barbara Ament, 86, of 2 Park St., Elmira, died at the K-W Hospi-tal Annex early Tuesday after a lengthy illness. Born in Atwood, Jan. 4, 1885, she was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Theohold Grubber. She spent her entire life in Glenallan and El-mira Mrs. Ament was a member of St. Theresa's R.C. Church, Elmira. Surviving are three sons, Albert of Rossburn, Man., William of Langenburg, Sask., and Alec of Glenallan; one daughter, Mrs. Ed-ward (Margaret) Benninger, R.R. 1, Breslau and two brothers. Her hus-band, Leo Ament, and three sons predeceased her. Prayers will be said at the Drei-singer Funeral Parlor Thursday (today) at 9: 30 a.m. followed by re-quiem high mass at St. Theresa's Church at 10 a.m. Burial will be in the Elmira R.C. Cemetery with Rev. D. A. Ford officiating.
