  Mr. Neil McPhail, Manager of the Elmira Creamery, came to Elmira from the town of Milton, Halton County, in 1902. He came recommended as a first-class butter-maker and is turning out a good article and is fast building up the reputation of the Elmira Creamery, which is enjoying an extensive patronage.
