  The Sad Death of Mrs. T. H. Callahan This Morning Her Passing Means the Loss of Another Staunch Citizen. Funeral on Wednesday. Citizens this morning received sad intelligenes when he report of the death of Mrs. Callahan wife of Dr. T.H. Callahan became current. To the great majority of her many acquaintances her illness was not known, it being only of such short duration. A sudden attack of peritonites set in on Sunday and in the evening she had to be removed to the hospital and despite the best of medical attention her condition became worse and the sad end came at seven o'clock this morning. The deceased's maiden name was Augusta Noll. For many years she had her home with the late Sheriff Motz. In 1912 she was married to Dr. T.H. Callahan who with three children survives her. Mrs. E. W Lippert of this city is a sister. Mrs. Callahan was a woman of noble qualities and a genial personality Her kindness and pleasant social disposition won many admirers who deeply regret her loss. The funeral will be held at 9 a.m. Wednesday at St. Marys Roman Catholic Church and interment will follow in the Roman Catholic Cemetery. The News Record, Kitchener, Mon, Dec 03, 1917 Page 1
