    • GEORGE KANAMACHER

      With the Rev. W. H. Knauff of Preston officiating, the funeral of the late George Kanamacher of Grimsby, formerly of Preston, was held at Preston cemetery, late yesterday afternoon on arrival of the cortege from Grimsby, where he had been in the confectionery business for some years. Quite a number of Preston citizens gathered at the cemetery to pay their respects. A brief service was held prior to interment. Pall bearers were Messrs; Harold Kanamacher, Sylvester Kanamacher, John Sohrt, Arthur Roth, E. G. Heise and William H. Heise, all of Preston.
