      BAUMAN, Verna (nee Martin) Verna peacefully passed away at her home in Millbank on Thursday, December 26, 2013. Verna was born December 2, 1932, 81 years ago in Wellesley Township, the daughter of the late Daniel and Elizabeth Martin. Beloved wife of the late Elmer Bauman who predeceased her January 3, 2000. Dear mother of Murray and wife Katie Bauman of Millbank and Leonard and wife Marilyn Bauman of R.R. # 1 Newton; loving grandmother of Dean and Ellen, Wanda and Aaron Kauffman, Darcy, Sheila, Tracy, Julia and friend Shea, Laurie, Graham and Jolene and great-granddaughters Averie and Jenna. Remembered by her brothers Lorne Martin of Linwood, Edwin and wife Betty Martin of R.R. # 5 Mount Forest, sisters Minerva and husband Urias Gingrich of Wroxeter, Velina Bauman of Elmira, Elvina Sauder of Kitchener, sisters-in-law Adeline Bauman of R.R. # 1 Wallenstein and Susannah Bauman of R.R. # 4 Elmira. Verna was predeceased by great-granddaughter Hava Bauman, brothers Ervin Martin, Daniel Martin in infancy, brothers-in-law Daniel Gingrich, Alvin Sauder, Clayton Bauman and sister-in-law Lucinda Martin. Family and friends will be received at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 7 Spencer Street, Milverton on Sunday December 29, 2013 from 7-9 p.m. and again on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. A family service will take place on Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at 9: 00 a.m. at the funeral home. Transfer will be made to Fairhaven Mennonite Meeting House, R.R. # 1 Newton (north of Millbank) for the funeral service and burial in the adjoining cemetery at approximately 9: 30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Christian Aid Ministries. Online condolences and donation information available at www.markjutzifuneralhomes.ca The family wishes to extend their appreciation to the CCAC nurses for their kind care of Verna.
