    • Mrs, George Fink

      PRESTON - Mrs. George Fink, 90, of 754 Queen St., Preston, died yesterday, at the South Waterloo Memorial Hospital, Galt. She had been confined to hospital for a number of weeks. Mrs. Fink was the former Mary Elizabeth Braun and was born in Preston. She had lived here all her life. She was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church and had been a member of the Ladies Aid Society for 67 years. She was a life member of the Red Cross Society and was a member of the first board of management. She was predeceased by her husabnd, one daughter, Georgina, and three sons, Thomas, George and Irvin. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Edward (Carrie May) Barringham, of Oakville, Mrs. Robert (Katherine) Scroggins, of Galt and Mrs. W. B. (Margaret) Ashley of Preston, 13 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. The body is at the residence where the funeral will be conducted Friday at 2 p.m. Burial will be in the Preston cemetery. Rev. J. S. Dauphinee of St. Peter's Lutheran Church will officiate.
