    • Joseph N. Bieth Joseph N. Bieth, 75, of 85 Cameo Drive died Sunday in St. Mary's Hospital after a long illness. Born in Breslau, he was son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Bieth. A former Preston resident, he lived in the Twin City area for many years. He was a CPR engineer for 32 years and retired in 1954. He was a member of the Canadian Order of Foresters, Independent Order of Oddfellows and the Canadian Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen. Surviving are his wife, the former Jennie Hallman, whom he married in 1912 in Preston; two sons, Charles F. of Kitchener and George H. of Preston; two daughters, Mrs. Florence Winfield of Hamilton and Mrs. Ralph (Margaret) Eby of Willowdale; four brothers, Charles of Kitchener, Robert of Preston, Harry of Hamilton and George Barber of Preston; three sisters, Mrs. Max (Ida) Volkert of Los Angeles, Mrs Eva Dryden of Welland and Mrs. Laura Haggtron of Grand Junction, Colo., and four grandchildren.

      The body is at the Bechtel-Ratz Funeral Home where service will be conducted at 2 3 p.m. Wednesday by Rev. A. E. Holley of Highland Road United Church. Burial will be in Memory Gardens. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society will be accepted as expressions of sympathy.
