  Erected in memory of Anne SWANSON spouse of the late Robert Sewell, Teviothead, Roxburghshire who departed this life on the 14th of January 1852 aged 71 years. Also Elizabeth IRVING wife of her grandson James Main who died at Langholm 10th October 1901 aged 41 years. Also James MAIN who died at 19 Eskdaill Street December 9th 1927 aged 68 years.
