Notes |
- Mrs. H. C. Brechbill's.
One of the millinery parlors that ladies delight to enter is that of Mrs.H. C. Brechbill. 74 King St. East. There are several reasons for this. The parlors are cosy, tasty and homelike and the service rendered is cheerful and intelligent. Then the extensive range of bonnets is always selected with the best of judgment so that the most particular of feminine dressers on once visiting this store generally becomes a permanent customer. Another feature which pleases universally is the fancy goods department. Here there are such pretty things as linen goods for stamping, silk doylies, cushion tops and centre pieces. All kinds of wools zephyrs, Berlin, fingering and Germantown ice wool - an abundance of Shetland floss and all kinds of embroidery silks. The millinery and fancy goods in this store are undoubtedly very strong magnets in the feminine world. Mrs. Brechbill is ably assisted by her daughter, Miss Brechbill and a large staff of competent milliners are constantly busy.
