  MRS. DAVID KNECHTEL By Record Correspondent TAVISTOCK, Jan. 30 - Mrs. David Knechtel died this morning at the Stratford General Hospital. She had been a patient since Tuesday. She was 80 years of age. Mrs. Knechtel was born in Blenheim Township on Sept. 15, 1862. a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Martin Burt. A resident of Tavistock for the past 58 years, she was thrice widowed. Her first husband, James Jury. died five years after their marriage, the second. Henry Kimpel, whom she married in 1904. died in 1912, and the third, David Knechtel, whom she married in 1922, died in 1929. She was a member of Zion Evangelical Church in Tavistock, of the Ladies' Aid and Women's Missionary Society. Surviving her is a daughter, Mra Wiliam Miller of Tavistock, and a son, James Jury. of Detroit, Mich. There are five grandchildren and two great grand- children. A private funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. from the home of her son-in-law, William Miller. It will be followed by memorial service at Zion Church. Interment will be inthe adjoining cemetery. Rev. J. W. Seibert will officiate.
