  To Reside in Saginaw City Mr. J. Kesselring, wife and family leave to-night for Saginaw, Mich., where they will rside in the future. Mr. Kesselring is a U.S. pensioner of the Civil War, but owing to the late ruling by the American Administration, he is forced to reside in the United States in order to draw his pension.
