• Notes

  A story in the family has been retold that on Henry Aussam's farm Concession 8 Lot 1 South East Quarter North Dumfries, a youth died of cholera. Because his parents were terror stricken, the body was left in a wagon, out in the sun, until a grave could be dug for the burial. It probably was Joseph Aussam.
