    • JOSEPH S. ALBRECHT

      A retired farmer from Mornington Township, Joseph S. Albrecht, 88, died Sunday at the home of his son Henry at R.R. 1 Millbank. He had been ill for five months. Son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Albrecht, he was born January 12, 1868, in Wilmot Township. He was a member of the Amish Mennonite faith.

      His wife, the former Magdalena Zehr, predeceased him in 1936. He is survived by five sons, Noah, Henry, Amos and Eli, all of Millbank, and Joseph of Linwood; one daughter, Mrs. Elan (Lydia) Horst of Newton; one brother, Daniel of Newton; two sisters, Mrs. Christian (Barbara) Herrfort of Newton and Mrs. Alfred (Christina) Bell of Kitchener; 32 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren. Two sisters and four brothers predeceased him.
