  A-2-10 Peter Herner The Last Will and Testament of Peter Herner, late of the Township of Wilmot, Yeoman, who died on or about the 24th December 1858, at the Township of Wilmot and who at the time of his death had a fixed place of abode at the Township of Wilmot…and that the administration of all and singular the personal estate and effect and credits of the said deceased…was granted by the aforesaid Court to Samuel Herner and David Eshelman of the Township of Wilmot, the Executors named in said Will…. I, Peter Herner of the Township of Wilmot, Yeoman, do make and declare this my Last Will and Testament…First, I resign my soul unto the hands of Almighty God…First to my beloved wife Sarah Herner her legal Dower in the said estate, and the remainder in equal shares to my children, or in the event of their death to their heris at law, to carry out these provisions, I hereby constitute and appoint Samuel Herner and David Eschleman both of the Township of Wilmot, Yeomen, as Executors of this my Last Will and Testament… Witnessed by John Rickert of Wilmot and Johannes Wanner[?] of Wilmot.
