  John L. Ziegler, "was born October 11th, 1865. He is married to Christina Gimmer. They reside in the town of Waterloo where he is engaged as a moulder in the foundry. Their family consists of two children". Eby, Ezra E. (1895). Berlin [Kitchener, Ont.]: [s.n.]. _________________________________ Widely Known Resident Passes Away was prominient in musical circles for many years prominent in musical circles in the city, John L. Ziegler died at his residence, 48 Delhi Street, in his seventy-first year, on Sunday, following a short illness. Mr. Ziegler had not been well since last spring, when he was seriously ill with a heart condition. Mr. Ziegler was born in Waterloo township, near Waterloo. He came to Guelph about thirty-four years ago and had lived here since that time. From the time he came to Guelph until it united with Chalmers Church, he was a member of the choir of Trinity Church. lie continued to sing in the choir of the United Church.
