    • A-2-99 Albert Fuchs The Last Will and Testament of Albert Fuchs, late of the Town of Berlin, Brewer, who died on or about the 17th January 1861 at the Town of Berlin, and who at the time of his death had a fixed place of abode at the Town of Berlin, was proved and registered in the said Surrogate Court, a true copy of which Last Will and Testament is hereunder written and that the administration of all and singular the person estate…was granted by the aforesaid court of Xavier Fuchs of the Village of Preston, Vinegar Maker, and August Fuchs of the Town of Berlin, Watch Maker, the Executors named in the said Will…

      is the Last Will and Testament of Albert Fuchs of Berlin, Brewer. I will that all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses be paid by my Executors hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after my decease and as to my wordly estate where with it hath pleased God to bless me, I give and dispose of the same as follows. I give, devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my two brothers viz Xavier Fuchs of Preston, Vinegar Maker, and August Fuchs of Berlin, Watchmaker, and to their respective heirs, Executors and Administrators and assigns for their own use and benefit share and share alike. And I appoint my said two brothers Xavier Fuchs and August Fuchs to be the Executors of this my Last Will and Testament…
