  	SALMON LOAF Annie Knell 1 tin salmon choppped fine, 1 cup bread crumbs, 4 eggs broken into 4 tablespoons of melted buter, 1 teaspoon chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste, put into a buttered mould.   Mrs. Charles H. Doerr, a lifelong resident of this city, passed away early this morning at her home, 136 Weber Street West. She was born in Kitchener in 1873 and through her residence here since then had become will know in the city. She was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran church and of the Ladies' Aid and Dorcas Society of that church. She is survived by her husband, two brothers, Frederick and William Knell of this city; and one sister, Mrs. J. W. Fraser, Kitchener. The funeral will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2.30 o'clock from her late residence, with interment at Mt. Hope cemetery. Rev. Dr. H. A. Sperling, pastor of St. Peter's Lutheran church, will conduct the services. Kitchener Daily Record 18 Jun 1932
