  Zehr, Nicklas; son of the late Joseph and Catherine Zehr; born Aug. 3, 1894; died suddenly Nov. 27, 1958; aged 64 y. 3 m. 24 d. On Dec. 1, 1915, he was married to Clara Erb, who survives. Also surviving are 5 sons and 2 daughters (LaVern, East Zorra; Curtis, Tavistock; Ivan, South Easthope; Delmar and Lorne. East Zorra; Doris -Mrs. Melvin Wagler, South Easthope; and Jean at home), 15 grandchildren, 3 sisters and 2 brothers (Lena- Mrs. Eli Bender, Christena- Mrs. Jacob Erb, Peter, Amos, and Oleava- Mrs. Omer Schlegel). He was a member of the East Zorra Amish Mennonite Church. where funeral services were in charge of Henry Yantzi and Daniel Wagler; burial in adjoining cemetery.
