- Charlotte Bricker,"was born August 15th, 1847. She was married to Joseph C. Bowers. They resided about two miles south-west of Berlin, on the "Sweet Briar Farm" where he died suddenly, March 16th, 1892. They had a family of two children, namely: VI Catharine Charlotte and VI Joseph Charles. The widow and children now reside on corner of Foundry and John Streets, Berlin."
