  Death of a Puslinch Lady Relict of Donald Currie. At her farm on the 1st concession of Puslinch, on Thursday, February 16, 1899, aged about 87 years. She was born in Scotland and had lived in Puslinch Township for more than half a century. She was very widely known and esteemed, a woman of many admirable social qualities and endeared herself to all her neighbours for miles around. She was a member of Crieff Presbyterian Church. Mrs. John McLean, Mrs. Thomas Oliver and Mrs. R. Millar of Galt; and Mrs. Rowe of Hespeler are daughters. Sons are John Currie of London; Hugh and William at home. The funeral took place on Saturday and was attended by a number of acquaintances in Galt. -Information from the death certificate: Of lot 6 in the 2nd concession of Puslinch Township. -Information from Ancestry.
