    • MRS. WILLIAM KEACHIE

      Mrs. William Keachie, a resident of Galt and district for many years, died in the Galt hospital, this morning after a long illness. The-former Rebecca Beamish, a native of London, Mrs. Keachie came to this district as a school teacher. She taught at the Scott's Corners school and following her marriage to William Keachie, resided on the Galt-Hamilton highway, until 1928. Following their retirement from farming, Mr. and Mrs. Keachie, took up residence in Galt. Mr. Keachie predeceased his wife in 1932. She was a member of Trinity Anglican church. Surviving are two sons, George, R.R. 2, Paris and Frank of Kitchener; also one brother, Arch. Deacon Beamish of Belleville and three grandchildren. The late Mrs. Keachie is resting at the T. Little and Son Ltd. funeral home, Grand avenue north, where funeral service will be held, on Wednesday afternoon, at 3.30 o'clock. Interrnent will take place, in Mount View cemetery.
