    • Lots #19_ and 20 - Village Plan [Bloomingdale] - situated on south side of River street.

These lots were originally owned by William Erb. A house was erected on lots 4 and 5 prior to 1888. Solomon, son of Wm. Erb resided here until October 1893 when he and his family removed to Berlin.

Lots 19 and 20 were sold to Mrs. Nancy (Erb) Emery, sister of Wm. Erb, May 11, 1882 and lots 4 and 5 - July 28, 1893. After 1893 the house was rented to various parties until it was sold to May Henning, Jan. 20, 1904; also lots 19 and 20. Mrs. Henning did not reside in Bloomingdale and again the house was rented until Oct. 26, 1909 when the properties were purchased by Roger Geach.
