  MRS. JOSEPH METZGER Mrs. Joseph H. Metzger, 58, of RR 1, St. Jacobs, died Saturday at ber home after a brief illness. She was the former Katie Martin, a daughter of Mrs. Peter G. Martin, RR 4, Elmira, and the late Mr. Martin. She was born Dec. 11, 1906 in Woolwich Township and was a member of St. Jacob's Mennonite Church. Surviving, besides her husband and her mother, are two sons, Lorne of RR1, Waterloo, and Tilman of RR 1, St. Jacobs; three daughters, Mrs. Harry (Minerva) B. Martin and Mra. Orton (Elvina) Gingrich, both of Elmira, and Elleen, RR 1, R. Jacobs; three sisters, Mrs. Amos Brubacher and Mrs. Carl Ziegler, both of Hawkesville, and Mrs. Free- man Martin of RR 4, Elmira: and five grandchildren. The body rested at the Dreisinger Funeral Parlor, Elraira, until Tuesday noon, then at the St. Jacobs Mennonite Church for the funeral at 2:30 p.m. Rev.
