  BRAUN, Evelyn (nee McKnight) Passed away peacefully at Lanark Heights Long Term Care on Sunday, March 28, 2010 at the age of 85. Predeceased by her loving husband of 60 years, Jacob. Dear mother of Randy, Greg (Peggy) Marty, Jeanette (David) Marshall, daughter-in-law Linda Lyons (Jarv). Cherished grand-mother of Marcie Trearty (Andrew), Darren (Monique), Barbara, Robbie, Shannon, Andrew, Sarah Marshall, Edison Marshall. Will be remembered by great-grandchildren Cailin and Andrew Trearty, Aunika and Noah. Predeceased by son Wayne and grandson Wayne Jr.; brothers, Lorne, Ron and Archie. Survived by sisters Lola Eddie and Joyce (Alan) Koch and brothers, Barry (Wilma) and Murray (Nancy). Special thanks to the staff at Lanark Heights (Pine Unit) for the care given to Evelyn. A private family funeral was held on Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener (519) 749-8467. Interment took place at Memory Gardens.
