  Mrs. Walter Barrie The sudden death of Mrs. Walter A Barrie at Galt Hospital on Friday came as a distinct shock to her many friends. Deceased had been ill only a short time and was taken to Galt Hospital for treatment just a day or two before her demise. She was born on the 11th Con. of Blenheim 50 years ago and had always resided in that township, living on the 10th Concession since her marriage some 24 years ago. She was a woman of estimable character and was highly thought of by a large acquaintanceship. Deceased was a member of Knox United Church, Ayr. Besides her husband, she is survived by three sons, viz: Walter, Richard and Douglas, all at home. She is also survived by her mother, Mrs. Henry Davidson, Blenheim; three brothers, Rev. Dr. Richard Davidson, Toronto; John L. Davidson, Bright, and Rufus Davidson, Blenheim; one sister, Craig Davidson, Ayr.
