  Death of Mrs. Mayer - We regret to report another sad occurrence this week in the death of Mrs. Susan Mayer relict of the late Alex Mayer, which took place in the home of her daughter, on Sunday morning. Deceased has been in ill health for some time and was 70 years of age. The family have the heartfelt sympathy of the community in their bereavement. The funeral took place on Wednesday morning at 8 o'clock from the residence of Mr. John Spahr to St. Agatha where interment took place. The Chronicle-Telegraph Mar 18 1909 pg 3
