    • Shoemaker: At Bridgeport, on the 18th instant; Margaret Wykoff, the beloved wife of D. S. Shoemaker, Esq., Registrar, County of Waterloo, aged 40 years and 5 months. Deceased leaves a large family and a numerous circle of friends to mourn her sudden death. The funeral took place on Wednesday last and was one of the largest ever witnessed in the County, evidencing the deep sympathy which exists for the bereaved husband.
