    • Mrs. Margaret Weber, 86, died Sunday at the home of her son, Carl N. Weber, 840 Queen's Blvd. Born February 16, 1869, in Carrick Township, she was a daughter of the Fate Mr. and Mrs. Nicholas Hammer. She was a resident of Kitchener for the past 39 years and was a member of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church. Surviving besides her son, Carl, are a daughter, Mrs. Carl (Mary) Kruse of Kitchener; two stepsons, Louis R. and Philip R. Weber of Elmira; two step-daughters, Mrs. Katie Holzshuh of Linwood and Mrs. James Nickason of Port Elgin; three sisters, Mrs. Peter Jacobs of Holly, Michigan, Mrs. Mary Bundscho of Milverton and Mrs. David Kropf of Poole. There also are nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Her husband, Karl Weber, predeceased her in 1937. The body rested at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home where the funeral service was conducted Thursday at 2 p.m. Rev. Dr. John Schmieder officiated. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, Elmira.
