    • Died In Galt, on Thursday, January 12th, 1911, at 2.30 p.m. William Wallace In his 67th year The Funeral Will take place from his late residence, 24 Ann Street, Galt, on Saturday, January 14th, at one o'clock to Ayr Cemetery. Friends and acquaintances will please accept this intimation.

      Death of William Wallace

      The death occurred Thursday afternoon at his residence on Ann St., says he Galt Reporter, of William Wallace, in his 67th year. Deceased was born in the township of South Dumfries, near Ayr, and lived there until thirty-three years ago, when he removed to Branchton. He worked a large farm successfully at Branchton until last April when he retired and came to live in Galt. He was well-known throughout the district, and although of a retiring disposition made a large circle of fast friends. He was a member of Knox church, Galt. Besides a sorrowing widow, he is survived by one son, John, of Galt; and three daughters, Mrs. Kemkes, on the farm at Branchton, and Agnes and Ella, at home. The funeral took place Saturday afternoon from his late residence to Ayr cemetery.
