Milton Holman
Milton Holman of McRae Street, Ayr, passed away Friday, April 22nd in St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener. He was 80. He had served with the 24th Field Ambulance, overseas during the Second World War for approximately 31/2 years. Father of Jack and Ronald, both of Brantford; stepfather of Earl of Glen Morris, James of Cambridge (Galt), Bernard of Cambridge (Hespeler), Mrs. Marta Wakeford of Cambridge (Preston), Mrs. Wendy Herd of Dartmouth, N.S., Mrs. Melody Hamilton of Granville; N.S.; brother of Jetta (Mrs. Cecil Murray) of Cambridge (Galt), Jean (Mrs. Earl Lewis) of Milverton, Mrs. Meryl Smith of Kitchener. Also surviving are two grandchildren. Predeceased by his wife, the former Marie Hodgson, parents Christina and John Holman and one sister, Jenny. Funeral service was held in Kitchener on Monday with interment in Ayr Cemetery.
