    SAUDER, Elver

    Of 1000 Riverbank Drive, Cambridge, on Monday, June 3, 1991, at Henderson Hospital, Hamilton, in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of Evalyn "Ada" Polzin; dear father of Joyce and Bill Stankiewicz, Duane and his wife Erika, Lois (Mrs. Jerry Cybalski), Tim and his wife Judy, all of Cambridge. Lovingly remembered by 17 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents, Theron and Maud Sauder and two brothers, Lawrence and James in infancy. Mr. Sauder was born and raised on the family farm in Cambridge and during the past 23 years, enjoyed part of each year in Florida with his bride of 60 years. Together Mr. and Mrs. Sauder raised and hatched chickens for many years. Elver was also an electrician and sub-contracted for the Ontario Hydro during the 1950s and 1960s. He continued an active life until two recent bouts with cancer and has now gone to be with the Lord. A private family service will be held Thursday with interment in Preston cemetery.

Pat was born in 1927 in Waterloo County and lived most of her life in Waterloo. She was predeceased by parents Lawrence Sauder (1953) and Laura Pengelly (1960), brother Douglas (1998) and sister Phyllis Linder (1998). In keeping with Pat's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family inurnment will take place.
