KOENIG, John (Jack) - On Monday, Dec. 6, 1982, at Sunnybrook Hospital, Toronto, age 82 years, of Linwood, Ont.

Beloved husband of the former Anna Lantz; father of Mrs. John (Ruthmarie) Gerth of Linwood; brother of Mrs. Delephene Heipel of Wellesley. Also survived by two grandsons. One brother predeceased him.

He was born at Linwood on May 19, 1900; son of the late John Koenig and Mary Foerster; was a lifelong member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Linwood.

Friends may call at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira, after 7 pm today, until Thursday noon, when removal will be made to St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Linwood, for funeral service at 2:30 pm, with Rev. Ruth Fieldhouse officiating. Interment in St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery.
