    August Trump

    August Trump. 77, died Wednesday at his home, 149 Joseph street, Kitchener, following an illness of five months. Born in Germany on Jan. 19, 1863, deceased came to Canada 60 years ago. For 48 years he was a moulder at Gies foundry. Mr. Trump retired two years ago. He wae a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church and the Canadian Order of Foresters. His wife, Wilhelmine Gerbig, died on Nov. 28, 1936.

    Surviving are two sons, Harvey of Waterloo and Edward of Kitchener, one daughter, Mrs. James Austin of Kitchener, one sister, Miss Margaret of Toronto, and six grandchildren.

    Funeral services will be public at the residence Friday afternoon at 2.30 o'clock with interment in Mount Hope cemetery.

    Notes:

    Mrs. Mary Heller, 146 South Queen Street, passed away at her home early this morning following an extended illness. She was in her 58th year and had been a resident of this city practically all her life. Deceased was born in Rochester, N.Y. She was a member of St. Matthews Lutheran Church. Predeceased by her husband, the late J. H. Heller, there are surviving one daughter, Mrs. Albert Wallace and three sons, Harold, Edmond and Harry of this city. There are also two brothers, Messrs. Fred Trump of Woodstock and August Trump of Kitchener and one sister, Miss Maggie Trump of this city surviving. The funeral will take place from her late residence Friday afternoon at 2.30 o'clock and interment will follow in Mount Hope cemetery.

    Notes:

    Harold E. Heller, an active Mason who had been a practising optometrist in Kitchener for 50 years, died at K-W Hospital Wednesday following a brief illness. He was 77.

    Mr. Heller was born in Kitchener, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Heller and lived all his life in the Twin Cities. He recently retired to the Parkwood Manor home for senior citizens in Waterloo.

    Mr. Heller was a member of St. John's Anglican Church, a life member of Grand River Masonic Lodge and a member of the Kitchener chapter of Royal Arch Masons.

    He married the farmer Effie Wallace on Nov. 26, 1919, in Toronto. She died in December, 1963.

    Surviving are a son, Douglas of Sudbury; a daughter, Mr& Stanley (Phyllis) Schreiter of Waterloo; a brother, Edward of Kitchener; a sister, Mrs. Myrtle Wallace of Toronto, and five grandchildren.

    He was predeceased by a son, Robert and a brother, Harry.

    The body is at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home where the funeral will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. with the Rev. P. R. O'Driscoll officiating. Burial will be in the Mount Hope cemetery.

    With her daughters by her side, Dorothy passed away in ICU at Grand River Hospital on Thursday, September 15, 2011 in her 89th year.
    Beloved wife and sweetheart of John (Sam) Goman for almost 69 years. Cherished mother of Susan Cooper and husband Tim and Beth Ecclestone and husband John. Devoted grandma and step-grandma of Adam, Erin (Tyler), Greg (Karrie), Sarah (Chris), Wendy (Francois), Chris (Tracey), and Sue. Very special great-grandma to Iris, Julien, Stella, Bryson, and Pierce. Loving "adopted" mom of Bonnie (Charlie) O'Connell. Dorothy is also survived by two sisters-in-law, Bette Goman and Kay Goman and many nieces and nephews.
    Predeceased by her parents, Harvey and Alma (Peltz) Trump; twin brother, Donald Trump; and son-in-law, Bill McEwen.
    Dorothy was a lifelong member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Waterloo. Along with her warmth and selfless love, Dorothy gave her family a lasting love of music. Her song will sing in our hearts forever.

    The Goman family will receive relatives and friends at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Sunday, September 18 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, September 19, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. A reception will immediately follow the service in the funeral home's Fireside Reception Room. Following cremation, a private family committal service will be held at Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo.

    In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to a charity of your choice may be arranged by contacting the funeral home at www.erbgood.com or 519-745-8445.

    A special thank you to Dr. Rehsia and the nurses of ICU for supporting Dorothy and our family through this transition.

    SCHREITER, Phyllis Evelyn (nee Heller) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Phyllis Evelyn Schreiter (nee Heller), on Sunday, October 9, 2011, at the age of 89 in Calgary. Phyllis will be lovingly remembered by her son, John Schreiter and her daughter, Judy Knight (Bill), as well as her five grandchildren, Brandon Schreiter (Shanna), Courtney Schreiter, Lynn Brayshaw (Todd), Steve Breithaupt, Michael Breithaupt (Cassandra), Rian and Sarah knight. As well as her six great-grandchildren Sydnee, Ivy, Kaden, Quinn, Alexandra and Taylor.
