Notes:

Death of Mrs. J. J. Morrison - the death occurred at Richwood on Sunday, Jan. 11th, at 6: 43 a.m. of Jane Kingsburgh, widow of the late John J. Morrison, in her 60th year. Deceased was born and had lived all her life in the vicinity of Richwood, and was beloved by the whole countryside. Possessed of an intellect above the average, she was always prominent in all organizations which had as their object the welfare and w^{lift of the community, and by her tact and pleasing personality invariably won the respect and esteem of all with whom she came in contact. She had been ailing for several years but the end came quite unexpectedly. Her husband predeceased her some 20 years. She is survived by the following three sons: John and Charles at home and William of Toronto. The funeral, which was largely attended, took place to Ayr Cemetery on Tuesday, the services being in charge of Rev. Waring of the Anglican Church.

Notes:

Charles T. Morrison Passes - A lifelong resident of Richwood district, Charles Teter [sic] Morrison was discovered dead at his farm home on the Townline on Tuesday, having passed away as the result of a heart attack. The late Mr. Morrison was born on the 5th concession of Blenheim, a son of the late John Jackson Morrison and Elizabeth Kingsborough. He farmed at this location until purchasing a farm on the Townline in 1936. The late Mr. Morrison was Anglican by faith. Surviving are two brothers, John James Morrison, Richwood, and Rev. W. K. Morrison of Windsor; also three nieces and two nephews. The funeral will be held from the Bruce B. Smith Funeral Home, Paris, on Thursday at 2 p.m., with interment in Ayr Cemetery.
