    WELLESLEY. - Nicholas Buchheit, 66, of New Prussia, Wilmot township, died at his home after an illness of three years. Deceased, a farmer, was born in Wilmot township in May, 1873. He was a member of St. Agatha R.V. church. Surviving are his widow, one son, George, at home, two daughters, Mrs. Eugene Schnarr of Kitchener and Mrs. Cyril Heller of Preston, four sisters, Miss Olive of St. Agatha, Mrs. William Haffner of St. Clements, Mrs. Simon Huber of Bamber, and Mrs. William Meyers, Mishawaha, Ind. Funeral services were held Tuesday morning.

    Of Golden Years Retirement Home, on Sunday, Dec 26, 1993, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late Cyril Haller (1970). Dear mother of Robert and his wife Katherine, Paul and his wife Kathy, Rosemary (Mrs. Jack Randall), all of Cambridge and Carol (Mrs. Russell Schierholtz) of Burnt River, Ont. Also survived by one sister, Clara (Mrs. Eugene Schnarr) of Kitchener. Lovingly remembered by grandchildren, Steve and Christine Haller, Dan, Mary and Martha Haller, Michael, Tom and Karen Schierholtz, Jennifer, Lisa and Jeff Randall and three great-grandchildren. Predeceased by one daughter, Joan and one brother, George. Mrs. Haller was born in Wellesley and had been a lifelong resident of Cambridge. She was a member of St. Clement's RC Church and the CWL of St. Clements and also a longterm volunteer with S.C.U.P.O. Friends will be received at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, today (Tuesday) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral mass will be held at St. Clement's RC Church, 745 Duke St., Cambridge, on Wednesday, Dec. 29, 1993, at 10 a.m., with Father L.P. Cullaton officiating. Interment in Park Lawn Cemetery.

    SEPTEMBER 11, 1939 \endash JANUARY 1, 2020

    Paul John Haller, 80, of Waterloo, passed away peacefully on January 1st, 2020 in the loving embrace of his family, friends, and caregivers at Lanark Heights LTC. Paul was born on September 11th, 1939 in Preston. Predeceased by his father Cyril Fabian, mother Rose Barbara (Buchheit), sister Joan (1943) and brother Robert (2010).

    Paul married Kathleen Helen (Bowman) in 1964 and raised Steve and Christine in Preston. Kathy predeceased Paul in 2004 after a courageous battle with cancer.

    Paul is survived by his second wife Dianne (Massel) of Waterloo, son Steve and Tina (McDonald) of Caledon, daughter Christine and Michelle (Ennis) of Kitchener, step-daughter Jennifer (Lee) and Chad Beaupre of Waterloo.

    Proud Papa to Matthew, Kaitlyn (Steve), Benjamin (Christine), Jack, Paige, James (Jennifer). Will be missed by his sister Carol and Russ Schierholtz of Lindsay, sister Rosie and Jack Randall of Cambridge, sister-in-law Kathy (Robert) Haller of Cambridge.

    Paul spent his entire career in the steel fabrication industry and was an owner at Brute Mfg. Ltd. in Cambridge until his retirement in 2003.

    Paul was a lifelong member of the Blair Hunt Club, an active outdoorsman, and handyman who could fix or build anything. His friends fondly call him 'Pauly' and he will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

    In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Lanark Heights LTC or Parkinson Society.

    Visitation will be Tuesday, January 7th 2020, 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm, at Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, Kitchener, ON. Funeral mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Waterloo, ON Wednesday, January 8th 2020 at 10 am, cremation to follow.

    HALLER, Robert (Bob) George

    (1936-2010). Peacefully, at Lisaard House, June 3, 2010. in his 75th year - surrounded by those he loved. Amazing Husband, Father and Grandfather. He always had a smile on his face and only nice things to say. He leaves behind his loving wife. Kath (Katharine Hickey). Cherished father of Dan (Alison) Haller of Stratford, Mary (Doug Brunt) of Ottawa and Martha (Chris Mathers) of Kitchener. Bob's most prized possessions were his five Grandchildren - Emily and Nicholas Brunt, Gwen Haller and Julia and Sarah Mathers. Fondly remembered by his brother. Paul (Dianne) of Waterloo, sisters. Carol (Russ Schierholtz) of Lindsay and Rosemary (Jack Randall) of Cambridge. Predeceased by his parents. Cyril and Rose (Buchheit) and his sister. Joan (1943). Bob was a lifelong resident of Preston. He was a Chartered Accountant and retired from MacDonald Steel (Cambridge) in 1998. He had a true commitment to his family, church, community and profession and was an active volunteer. Visitation on Sunday, June 6th between 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.. at Barthel Funeral Home, Queenston Road, Cambridge. A Mass to celebrate Bob's life will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, June 7th at St. Clement's Roman Catholic Church on Duke St., Cambridge. Reception to follow in St. Clement's Church hall. Many thanks to Father Phil Sherlock, Dr. J. Gowing and all his associates, nurses and clerks in medical daycare, 3rd floor CMH, Lisaard House, and Pat Bolender (ParaMed). We would also like to thank the many close friends and relatives. who have supported us on this sad journey. We all love you Bob.
