    MARTIN, Arthur S. Passed away surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at his home in St. Jacobs, at the age of 81 years. Arthur was the loved husband of Mary (Metzger) Martin for 58 years. Loving father of Ron (Jean) Martin, Randy (Brenda) Martin, and Jenny Martin. Loving grandfather of Chris (Julie) Martin, Michelle (Dave) Proctor, Elizabeth (Matt) Wylie, Kevin (Ashley) Martin, Roger Martin, and six great-grand-children. Survived by his brothers Floyd (Doreen) Martin, Gerry (Peggy) Martin, and sisters-in-law Clarene Martin and Margaret Metzger. Pre-deceased by his parents Alfred and Irene (Sitler) Martin, brothers Lester (June) Martin, Howard Martin, and Orlan (Virginia) Martin, niece Ann Louise Martin, nephew Doug Martin, and brother-in-law Peter Metzger. Art spent his retirement volunteering at Habitat for Humanity, MCC Thrift and Gift, and helping his neighbours. Special thanks to Care Partner nurses Diane, Heather, Jane and Nancy for their compassionate care of Art. The family will receive their relatives and friends at the Dreisinger Funeral Home , Elmira on Saturday, January 12, 2013 afternoon from 4-6 p.m. and evening from 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held at the St. Jacobs Mennonite Church on Sunday, January 13, 2013 at 3 p.m. followed by interment in St. Jacobs Mennonite Cemetery.     MARTIN, Doug - As the result of a snowmobile accident near Heidelberg, on Saturday, Feb. 27, 1993, age 23 years, of Waterloo. Doug was a member of St. James Lutheran Church, St. Jacobs, had been an active participant in minor sports, had attended Elmira District Secondary school and was employed by Devlugt Construction Ltd. of Tavistock. Beloved son of the Margaret (Peggy) Feldpusch and Gerald S. Martin; dear father of Samantha and loving brother of Sheri Martin-Soosaar and her husband Rob of Waterloo. Doug is also lovingly remembered by his grandmothers, Irene Martin of St. Jacobs, and Velma Feldpusch of Waterloo; his aunts, uncles, cousins and many close friends. He was predeceased by his grandfathers, Alfred C. Martin and Herman Feldpusch. Doug's family will receive friends at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday. The funeral service will be held at St. James Lutheran Church in St. Jacobs on Wednesday at 2 p.m., with Rev. Everett Mossman officiating. Interment in St. James Lutheran Cemetery, Elmira.
