At Grand River Hospital, on Thursday, June 4, 2015, Carol Louise Freund of Kitchener suddenly passed away at 76 years of age. Beloved wife of the late John Freund, who suddenly passed away 8 months ago. Loving mother of James Freund (Julie). Dear sister-in-law of Barbara Geach and Wayne Freund (Valerie). Sadly missed by her grandchildren, Tara (Ryan), Missy (Mike), Greg (Alex), Amy, Erica, and her two great-grandchildren River and Mason and her niece and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Maurice and Edna, son Michael, brother David, in-laws Floris Kaminska (Ron) and nephew Derek. Carol's family will receive relatives and friends at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467 on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 from 10 - 10:45 a.m. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 11 a.m. Interment in Bloomingdale Cemetery following the reception at the funeral home.
