    Death of Mrs. W. J. McArthur on Friday

    Susannah B. Musselman, wife of Wilbert J. McArthur, passed away Friday afternoon at two p.m., after a protracted illness at her home, 129 Elgin St., Mrs. McArthur had been in poor health for a number of years, and with her husband she spent nearly a year in California in an effort to regain her health but in spite of the most tender care and expert medical treatment she succumbed on Friday.

    The funeral will take place from the residence, 129 Elgin St., on Sunday at two o'clock p.m., to the East End Mennonite Church for service and burial.

    Deceased who was a daughter of the late David M. Musselman was born in the Township of Woolwich near Elmira, on the 28th Sept., 1866. She was married to Wilbert J. McArthur on Dec. 31st, 1896, and lived in Buffalo until 1905, when she removed to Cupar, Sask., where she remained until 1912. After a sojourn in California, she and her husband returned to Kitchener and took up residence at 129 Elgin St., in 1912, where they have lived ever since.

    Mrs. McArthur was of a generous and unselfish disposition, and her life was marked by her devotion to the interests of her husband, family and friends. She was a member of the Trinity Methodist church, and her five years' illness was borne with cheerfulness and Christian fortitude.
    She is survived by her husband Wilbert J. McArthur, three sisters and three brothers: Mrs. Jno S. Lowe, Cupar, Sask., Lydia and Mrs. W. H. Woods, both of Kitchener, S. B. Musselman, Loreburn, Sask., D. B. Musselman, of Lockwood, Sask., and J. B. of Regina, Sask.
