John Harnack

Word has been received here of the death in Carstairs, Alta., Sunday, of John Harnack, 65, a former resident of Kitchener. He had been ill for some time. Mr. Harnack left Kitchener about 25 years ago.

Surviving are his wife, a son, Lloyd of Carstairs, two daughters, Mrs. Ed. Messner of Berwyn, Alta., and Miss Edna Harnack of Kitchener, four brothers, Robert of Bridgeport, Charles of Owosso, Mich., Edward of Detroit and George of Gainford, Alta., three sisters, Mrs. Harry Schoeder of Kitchener, Mrs. Arthur Swartz of Detroit and Mrs. Millie Wicknick of Tacoma, Wash.

John married Louise Pamilia "Pamilia" Jaeck 27 Jun 1906, Bridgeport (Kitchener), Waterloo Region, Ontario, Canada. Louise (daughter of George Friedrich "Frederick" Yaeck and Katharine "Catherine" Diegel) was born 12 Oct 1877, Bridgeport (Kitchener), Waterloo Region, Ontario, Canada; died 8 Oct 1967, Carstairs, , Alberta, Canada; was buried , Carstairs Cemetery, Carstairs, , Alberta, Canada.
