    MILVERTON Mrs. Lydia Burn, widow of Rev Emil Burn, died yesterday, at the Milverton Nursing Home. She was.89.

    Daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Graeb, Mrs. Burn was born in Hespeler Feb. 5, 1869, She was married in 1893 and with her husband, lived in several Ontario centres where Rev. Mr. Burn held Evangelical Church pastorates. They retired in 1936, moving to Milverton.

    Rev. Mr. Burn died in 1943. Mrs. Burn was a member of St. Mark's Evangelical United Brethren. Church, Milverton, and has been active in the work of the Ladies Aid.

    Surviving are four sons, Eldon and Carl both of Milverton. Louis Albert, Miami, Fla., and Walter of Napier, N.Z: one daughter, Mrs. Herman (Betty) Nitsche of New York City; one brother, Aaron of Preston; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

    The body is resting at the McMane Funeral Home where the funeral will be conducted Wednesday at 2 p.m. Rev. L. A Dorsch will officiate. Interment will be in Hespeler cemetery.

    Death of Hilda Burn

    Many New Hamburg friends were grieved to learn of the untimely death of Miss Hilda Burn, who passed away at the home of her parents. Rev. and Mrs. Emil Burn, a former pastor of the Evangelical Church here at Milverton on Tuesday, in her 26th year. Miss Bum was taken ill with typhoid fever while training as nurse in the hospital at Rochester. She was recuperating at her home in Milverton when she was seized with a fatal heart attack. There survives her parents, one sister and four brothers, all of whom reside in New York State. The funeral will be held on Friday from the family residence at Milverton to the Hespeler cemetery for interment
