    Grace Evangelical church, RoseVille, was the scene of a lovely wedding solemnized at 2.30 this afternoon when Dorothy Elizabeth Hallman became the bride of Var-don Marshall Hussey. The altar of the church was decorated with pink and white 'mums and ferns for the ceremony, performed by Rev. C. Kauth of Roseville. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Hallman, Cedar Creek road, and the bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. George Hussey, Roseville road. Given in marriage by her grand-father, Alvin Hallman, the bride wore a floor length white satin gown styled with a fitted bodice, sweetheart neckline and short puff-sleeves. The net overskirt fell into a gracefull train, and her finger-tip veil was caught with white satin bows and a net headdress trimmed with orange blossoms. She carried an arm bouquet of Bettertime roses wtih streamers of white satin, tied with red roses. Attending the bride were her sister, Mrs. James Purdy of Hes-peler and the groom's sister, Miss Doris Hussey of Galt. The matron of honor wore a fitted pink sheer gown, and her shoulder length veil was dotted with silver sequins and held by a headdress of pink roses. A similar-gown in blue taffeta was worn by the bridesmaid whose veil was dotted with blue sequins and held by blue forget-me-nots. They carried similar bouquets of Better-time roses. white 'mums, and ferns. Jack Furlong of Camp Borden, a cousin of the groom, was best man. and the ushers were .Elton Hallman. brother of the bride and James Purdy of Hespeler. The soloist, David Rife, sang "I Love You Truly" before the ceremony and "O Perfect Love" during the sign-ing of the register. He was ac-companied by Dorothy Warner of New Dundee. a cousin of the bride. A reception for 70 guests was held at the home of the bride's parents. Mrs. Hallman received in a gown of navy blue sheer crepe and a cor-sage of roses. She was assisted by the bridegroom's mother who wore powder blue sheer crepe with a corsage of roses. The house was decorated with pink and white streamers and a three-tiered wedding cake centred the bridal table. The gift of the groom to his bride was a leather hand-bag. For the wedding trip to points west the bride wore a rose wool dress trimmed with gold sequins and brown accessories. On their return the couple will make their home in Galt. Guests were present from Edger-ton, Alberta, St. Marys, Stratford. Galt, Kitchener, Camp Borden, Thorold, Ayr, Woodstock, Hespeler; Preston and Seaforth.
