    ELCHERT, Anthony (Tony)

    Of 217 Dolph St. N., Cambridge, on Tuesday, Sept. 1, 1981, at Southampton, Ont., in his 62nd year. Dear brother of William of Kitchener, Peter, Annabelle (Mrs. George Brohman) and Mrs. Marie Simmers, all of Cambridge. Mr. Eichert was born in Maryhill, and lived all his life in the Cambridge area. He had been employed with Savage Shoes Limited in Cambridge and was a member of St. Clement's RC Church. The family will receive friends at the Barthel Stager Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, today, 7-9 p.m. and Friday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Clement's RC Church, Cambridge, on Saturday, Sept. 5, 1981, at 10 a.m. Interment in Parklawn cemetery. The parish rosary will be recited at the funeral home, Friday evening at 8: 15 p.m.

    SIMMERS, Marie Magdelan

    Passed away, peacefully, on Tuesday, August 20, 2002, at Pines Nursing Home, Bracebridge, in her 82nd year. Loving mother of Gayle Yeo and her husband Douglas of Huntsville; loving grandmother of Laurie Yeo-Schmidt and her husband Dana Schmidt, Jeffrey Yeo and his wife Carmen, Justin Yeo and Jamie Yeo and great-grandchildren, Cameron and Jenna Yeo. Also survived by her son-in-law, Jeff Delarosbil of Cambridge and her sister, Annabelle Brohman and her husband George of Cambridge: brother, William Elchert of Kitchener. Predeceased by her husband, Harold and her daughter, Patricia Delarosbil and her brothers; Peter and Tony. The family will receive friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge, on Thursday, August 22, 2002 (today), from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral mass will be held at St. Clements RC Church, 745 Duke St., Cambridge, on Friday, August 23, 2002, at 10 a.m. Interment Parklawn Cemetery. Prayers will be held at the funeral home this evening (Thursday), at 7 p.m.
