Funeral service and burial were conducted last Wednesday at St. Boniface RC church, Maryhill, for the former Matilda Hummel. She died July 1 at her residence in St. Clements at the age of 78.

She was the widow of William Fehrenbach; mother of Clifford of St. Clements. She was predeceased by two sisters and a brother.
