    SCHAEFER, Gerald -- Suddenly, as the result of a heart attack, in Hanover, on Saturday, July 3, 1982, Gerald G. Schaefer, aged 57 years, of 272 Eighth Ave., Hanover. Mr. Schaefer was employed at Knechtel Furniture, Hanover and formerly worked at Sutherland-Schultz Limited, Kitchener. He was a veteran of the Second World War, served with the Royal Canadian Air Force in England. Survived by his wife, the former Wilma Cressman; four sons, Ronald of Ottawa, David of Waterloo, Richard of Surrey, B.C. and Dale of Kitchener; two daughters, Cathy and Lori, both of Waterloo; brother of Marjorie (Mrs. Arthur Beilstein) of Kitchener, Dorothy (Mrs. Larry Gummow) of Waterloo, Mildred (Mrs. William Rusch) of Courtney B.C., Carol (Mrs. Larry Fischer) of Brandon, Man. He is also survived by two grandchildren, Jennifer and Ryan Schefer. Predeceased by his parents, George Schaefer and the former Frieda Nihls. Mr. Schaefer's family will receive friends at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, Funeral and committal services will be held in the chapel, Tuesday at 3 p.m., with Rev Grant MacDonald officiating. Following cremation interment will be made in Memory Gardens.

    Peacefully passed away at his residence at the age of 67, he is survived by his loving mother Wilma Strub and sister Cathy Jantzen (Frank). Sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his father Gerald Schaefer brothers Ronald, David, Dale and sister Lori. Richard was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 530 for over 38 years. Cremation has taken place.     It is with deep love and sorrow that we announce her passing on November 6, 2014 at the age of 50. Beloved wife of Robert Rae, mother of Olivia Rae, daughter of Wilma Strub, and sister of Cathy (Frank) Jantzen and Richard. Predeceased by Ronald, David and Dale and step-father Leo Strub. Also missed by many nieces, nephews and cousins as well as many other relatives and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener, ON N2G 1C7 on Tuesday November 11, 2014 at 1 p.m. with visitation prior from 12- 1 pm. Lori worked at Grand River and Listowel hospitals for over thirty years and was also an avid gardener. Cremation has taken place with interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
