Mrs. Bertha Heer, wife of the late Oscar Heer, died suddenly at her home, 87 Union St. East, Waterloo, on Monday. Born in Germany, she had lived in Waterloo for many years and was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Gustave Roehr. Her stepmother, Mrs. Sophia Roehr, survives. Mrs. Heer was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Waterloo.
Surviving besides Mrs. Roehr, are a daughter, Mrs. Harry (Mildred) Daum, Waterloo, and one brother, William Preston. A son, Milton, died in 1951. The body is at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, Waterloo, where the funeral service will be conducted at 2: 30 p.m. Wednesday by Rev. A. L Conrad. Internment will be in Waterloo Mount Hope Cemetery

Died of Appendicitis
The sad and untimely death of Charles Roehr, whose home is on Weber street, near the G.T.R. Depot, took place at the B&W Hospital on Friday afternoon. He suffered an attack of appendicitis and was taken to the institution on Tuesday, where he received the best medical attention. He was about 20 years of age and his demise will be sincerely regretted by a large circle of friends.

Milton H. Heer
A former Waterloo resident, Milton Henry Heer, 43, died at his home in Toronto Saturday.
Surviving are his widow; two sons, Donald and Richard of Toronto; two daughters, Shirley and Karen of Toronto; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Heer of Waterloo and one sister, Mrs. Harry Damm of Waterloo.
The body is resting at the Newbigging and Brown Funeral Home, Mount Pleasant St. and Eglinton Ave., Toronto, where the funeral service will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. Burial will be in Memory Gardens, Kitchener-Guelph highway, when the funeral procession arrives here about 4 p.m.
