    HERTEIS, Cheryl Anne 1996 Suddenly, on Friday evening, Dec. 6, 1996, as a result of a traffic accident north of Millbank, Cheryl Anne Herteis, of 69 Stratford St., Millbank.

    Born in Kitchener 18 years ago, beloved daughter of Dennis and Alice (Brubacher) Herteis of Millbank. Cheryl was a faithful member of St. Mary's RC Church in Hesson. She was a grade 12 student at Listowel and District secondary school. Cheryl was active in the Girl Guides and was a junior leader in the Brownies and Sparks. Cheryl was also a member of the Millbank 4H Club and was a volunteer at the Brunner Nursing Home.

    Besides her parents, she was survived by her brother, Andrew and her sister, Marcia Lynn and her special friend Seth Omand, both of Millbank. Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her grandfathers, Abraham Brubacher and Rufus Martin and by her uncle, Richard Herteis.

    Visitation at the Futher Bros. Funeral Home, 40 Henry St. W., Wellesley, where family and friends will be received this evening (Monday) from 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers will be offered at the funeral home on Wednesday at 10: 15 a.m., followed by Mass of Christian burial at St. Clements RC Church at 11 a.m. Rev. Len Desjardins will officiate. Burial will follow in St. Clements RC Cemetery.

    Memorials to St. Mary's RC Church Building Fund or to the Girl Guides of Canada would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy. Parish vigil service Tuesday evening at 8: 30 p.m.
