BRENNEMAN, Daniel -- On Wednesday, Nov. 28, 1979, at his home in Lisbon, Daniel E. Brenneman, of Route 1, Wellesley. He was born in Wellesley Township 74 years ago.

He was the son of the late Samuel Brenneman and the late Mary Erb. Member of Cedar Grove Amish Mennonite Church, Wellesley. He farmed in wellesley Township, retiring in 1972.

Beloved husband of the former Lena Gerber; dear father of Mahlon of Cambridge, Earl of Route 1, Millbank, Annie (Mrs. Emmanuel Ropp) and Mary (Mrs. Jacob Jantzi), both of Route 1, Wellesley, and Vera (Mrs. Daniel Lichty) of Route 4, Brussels, and Dorothy (Mrs. Delmar Lichti) of Route 1, Millbank; brother of Ezra Brenneman, of Wellesley and Katie (Mrs. Sam Roth) and Bena Brenneman, both of Route 1, Wellesley. Also survivrd by 13 grandchildren. He was predeceased one brother and two sisters.

Visitation at the Futher Bros. Funeral Home, Wellesley. Family will receive friends this evening from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Family service will be conducted at the funeral home on Saturday, Dec. 1, at 1 p.m., follows by the funeral service at Cedar Grove Amish Mennonite Church at 2 p.m., Bishop Arthur Gerber officiating.

Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

ROPP, Annie (nee Brenneman) Peacefully in her sleep at Sakura House, Woodstock, on Monday, March 19, 2018, in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Emanuel Ropp (2007). Loving stepmother of Edith Martin (Gerald), Irene Hansen (Paul) and David Ropp (Janet). Dear grandmother of eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Will be sadly missed by her sisters and brother; Vera Lichty (Dan), Dorothy Lichti (Delmar), Earl Brenneman (Marilyn), sisters-in-law; Adeline Erb (Elmer), Barbara Kennel as well as many nieces and nephews. Annie was a faithful member of Maple View Mennonite Church. Friends may call at Maple View Mennonite Church, 5074 Deborah Glaister Line, Wellesley on Wednesday from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. and Thursday from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the church on Friday, March 23, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Pastor Brent Kipfer officiating. Loving mother of Timothy Jantzi and Stephen Jantzi and his friend Cynthia. Dear grandmother of Ashley Ivey (Rory), Tyler Jantzi and Kevin Jantzi. Great-grandmother to Jersey, Easton and Jacob.
