    HORST, Isaac - At Louise Marshall Hospital, Mount Forest, on Tuesday, November 18, 2008. Isaac Horst of RR 3, Mount Forest, in his 91st year. Husband of Selina (Bauman) Horst. Father of Hannah Martin and husband Levi of Elmira, Amsey Horst of Vancouver, Hettie Frey and husband Manassah of Mount Forest, Osiah Horst and wife Lovina of Cobden, Barbara Weber and husband Levi of Chesley, Lena Martin and husband Melvin of Chesley, Angus Horst and wife Louisa of Chesley, Elvina Brubacher and husband Elias of Massey, Elizabeth Horst of Massey, Lucinda Weber and husband Ivan of Mount Forest and Esther Bowman and husband Silas of Desbarats. Predeceased by son, Melvin Horst and daughter, Minerva Horst. Grandfather of 68 grandchildren and 95 great-grandchildren. Brother of Leah Gingrich of Elmira and brother-in-law of Barbara Horst of St. Jacobs. Predeceased by sister, Mary Horst and brothers, Menno, Samuel, Noah, Enos and John Horst. Visitation at the home of Manassah and Hettie Frey, RR 3, Mount Forest on Wednesday, November 19 from 1-7 p.m. Funeral services are planned for Thursday, November 20 at the home of Manassah and Hettie Frey at 9 a.m. and then to Cedarview Mennonite Meeting Hall for burial and further services. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the Hendrick Funeral Home , Mount Forest.

    Melvin B. Horst

    ELMIRA - Melvin B. Horst, five month-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Isaac R. Horst, RR 1, Elmira, died yesterday at his home. He was born Oct. 22, 1952. He is survived by his parents, his two grandfathers, Titus Bauman of RR 3 Wallenstein and John B. Horst of Floradale, three brothers and four sisters. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 9 a.m. at the home of the parent's with further services at the North Woolwich Meeting House with burial in the adjoining cemetery. The body is at the residence
